This has been my status message for a while
यत्र यत्र मनः गच्छेत् तत्र तत्र समाविशेत्
Where ever mind wanders (your interests / attention takes you) be fully engrossed there.
Probably used as recentring sutra. I don't recall where I came across them. It's "BE" centric not "DO" centric.
Essentially - be in the
present, enjoy every thing. Nothing is more important that the other.
Work, distractions, leisure, responsibilities and commitments are different strings of life's musical instrument. When played together at times it results in music, at times in cacophony and sometimes in silence.
यत्र यत्र मनः गच्छेत् तत्र तत्र समाविशेत्
